How We Build a Commercial Wrap: Design, Print and Install by One Team

A commercial wrap has two jobs. It has to sell for you — on the highway, at the job site, in a parking lot — and it has to look sharp for years while it does it. A wrap that is hard to read loses the first job. A wrap with peeling edges and faded colors loses the second, and says something about your business you did not mean to say.

We design, print and install commercial wraps as one team, so nothing gets lost between a designer, a print shop and an installer. Here is how a wrap goes from idea to road.

Short version: free consultation and measuring, a design laid out on a template of your exact vehicle, a proof you approve, printing on premium cast vinyl with a UV laminate, and an indoor install with wrapped, post-heated edges. Design and print are included in the price.

1. Consultation and measuring

You tell us about the business, the vehicles and what you want the wrap to do. We measure the vehicles for you and quote everything up front — one vehicle or a whole fleet.

2. Design and proof

Our designer lays out your branding on a template of your exact vehicle, not a generic van shape. That matters: on a real vehicle, door handles, gaps, body lines and windows all cut through the design, and the layout has to work around them. You see a proof and approve it before anything prints, with revisions until you are happy. We can work from your brand files or build the design for you.

What we design for:

  • Three things, read in three seconds: who you are, what you do and how to reach you. A wrap is seen in passing, not studied.
  • Big, high-contrast contact info — phone number and website where a driver behind you can read them, especially on the tailgate or rear doors.
  • Nothing important across a gap. Phone numbers and logos are placed so they never break across a door seam or a handle.
  • Windows that still work. Perforated window vinyl carries the design over the glass while you can still see out from inside.

3. Print and laminate

Your design is printed on premium cast vinyl and laminated for UV and scratch resistance, so the colors stay sharp and the surface holds up to washing for years. Cast vinyl conforms to curves and recesses without pulling back the way cheaper films do.

4. Professional install, indoors

The wrap is installed indoors by our team, away from wind and dust. Edges are wrapped around the panels and post-heated so they stay down, and the panels are lined up so the design reads as one continuous image across the whole vehicle.

5. On the road

The vehicle starts advertising the day you pick it up. Fleets get the same look on every unit, so the second truck matches the first one exactly. With normal care, a wrap lasts 5–7 years on the road.

Why a wrap pays off

A wrapped vehicle is seen by tens of thousands of people a day — 30,000 to 70,000 impressions is a commonly quoted range. Unlike digital ads, there is no monthly bill: you pay once and the vehicle works for years. And the vinyl protects the paint underneath from sun and road wear, so it comes off cleanly at trade-in.

Quick answers

What vehicles can you wrap?

Cargo and Sprinter vans, box trucks, pickups, company cars, SUVs, trailers, food trucks, equipment and mobile units.

Can you use my existing logo and files?

Yes. Send your brand files and we will build the layout around them — or we design it from scratch.

Do you offer fleet discounts?

Yes. Fleet programs get volume pricing and the same branding on every unit.

How do I care for a commercial wrap?

Regular hand washing, no brush car washes, and keep pressure washers away from the edges. That is what gets a wrap to the full 5–7 years.

Turn your vehicles into billboards

Tell us about your business and your vehicles. We will design a wrap that fits and send a quote, usually the same business day.
