OUR CERAMIC COATING PROCESS
- Step 1 — Wash & Decontamination
We start with a thorough hand wash, iron decontamination, and clay bar treatment to remove all bonded surface contaminants.
Step 2 — Paint Correction
Any swirl marks, light scratches, or oxidation are addressed before coating so you get a flawless base to protect.
Step 3 — Surface Prep
Paint is wiped down with a panel wipe solution to remove all oils, residue, and polishing compounds — ensuring perfect coating adhesion.
Step 4 — Ceramic Coating Application
We apply the coating panel by panel in a controlled environment, ensuring even coverage and proper bonding to every surface.
Step 5 — Curing & Inspection
The coating cures and hardens. We do a full inspection under lighting to confirm uniform coverage and a flawless finish.
Step 6 — Final Delivery
